Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
What are in-game items?
In-game items are virtual goods for use within a specific game. They can be cosmetic (like skins to change appearance) or functional (like weapons or tools that affect gameplay). These items are often purchased with real money or in-game currency.
Some items, like gold, materials, or gear, can also function as an in-game currency and are often tradable between players using the game’s built-in systems (mail, auction house, or direct trade).
I don’t play this game anymore. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for a key that has already been activated.
We sell digital products like game keys, gifts, and accounts—not the games themselves. Our guarantee is that the key or gift will correctly activate the product on its intended platform. Once a key is used and the game is added to your account, the product is considered delivered.
Because we have no way to deactivate a key or remove a game from your library, we are technically unable to process a return. We appreciate your understanding.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your product does not arrive in the expected timeframe, please contact us right away at info@digitalgear.org so we can assist you.
Is it safe to give you my account details?
Your security is our top priority. For most deliveries, we only need basic, non-sensitive information like your in-game nickname or server name.
Important: Never share your password or login credentials with anyone. Our team will never ask for this sensitive information. If anyone asks you for these details, please stop the conversation and contact our support team immediately. Your data is protected with us.
How do I receive my game key after purchase?
Once your payment is completed, your game key is delivered instantly to your email and becomes available in your account’s “My Orders” section.
